Vertex Law acted for the shareholders of HGH Plumbing Supplies Limited in the sale of the company to Wolseley UK Limited. HGH is a specialist merchant of plastic above ground drainage systems focusing on soil, waste, rainwater and hot and cold services. It has a current turnover of around £6m and distributes to a wide range of building and plumbing clients across the South East from its Tunbridge Wells depot.
