We have considerable experience in the area of Town & County Planning where we act for both local planning authorities and developers. In addition to being recognised as Section 106 specialists.
On the property and commercial side we can advise on land acquisitions, disposals, site assembly (including compulsory purchase orders) and development agreements. We also advise on procurement, contracts and outsourcing, including compliance with EU procurement rules and internal contract standing orders. We have particular expertise in the areas of IT, waste contracts and environmental law.
