Our Local Government team is headed by Richard Blackman. The team has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of law affecting local government. In particular, they advise on legal and procedural matters affecting local authorities including, housing, building control, environmental health, data protection and freedom of information law. They have advised on a number of large regeneration schemes, both residential and commercial and have experience in project financing, land assembly, procurement, development agreements and planning.
