Zero Carbon Homes
by Kieran MartynSince 1st October 2007 any new home that can show that it is a Zero Carbon Home (ZCH) has qualified for a Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) exemption of up to £15,000. Homes costing up to £500,000 will be tax exempt, while those above will get a £15,000 reduction. [more]
