Team: Commercial (Lawyer) Areas of Work: Kate has worked in private practise, spending her earlier years specialising in M&A work, and more recently, working for a public body, on secondment in their legal team and advising them generally on contractual issues, including supervising their in-house legal team. Kate also advises PLCs and larger corporates on general commercial work, advising partnerships on incorporating their businesses and on shareholder and partnership agreements and separations.
