Team: Mergers & Acquisitions (Lawyer) Areas of Work: Nick heads up the Healthcare team acting for GPs, dentists, care home operators, independent fostering agencies and domiciliary care providers. His specialism is advising independent community pharmacists and multiples nationally on a wide range of issues including acquisitions, disposals and pharmaceutical services regulations. The team are experts in pharmacy commercial property matters, including health centre developments. Nick is a corporate lawyer with experience advising on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and restructurings and, in particular, matters in conjunction with our technology practice.
