Team: Commercial (Lawyer) Areas of Work: General commercial work, including long term supply arrangements, distribution and agency agreements, joint ventures, reorganisations, partnership and LLP agreements, shareholders agreements and general corporate governance work. Sarah has acted for a large London-based public body in providing on-going support to their in-house legal function for some years, working in particular on grant and service contract arrangements and also advising its investment team in relation to its investment portfolio and follow-on funding work. Sarah also leads the food and drink sector team, working with a large client base at all levels of the industry from primary production to food on the plate and has significantly developed this niche area of the practice during her time at Vertex. Sarah also undertakes acquisition work for a number of clients within this sector.
