The Commercial team advise all forms of corporate entity whether it be a limited company, a company limited by guarantee or a limited liability partnership. We advise on all aspects of company law and corporate governance, including all types of shareholder arrangements and agreements, drafting or adapting memorandum & articles of association, particularly with regard to shareholdings and different classes of shares. We advise on all Companies Act procedures and formalities including directors' duties and corporate restructuring.
