The Commercial team has considerable experience in putting together and executing plans for the reorganisation of corporate groups whether large or small and of differing degrees of complexity (in conjunction with our clients' tax advisors), whether under Section 110 Insolvency Act 1986 or other common scheme rules.
The team also has particular skill in incorporating partnerships and/or sole traders into limited liability partnership, and/or companies.
