Joint venturing is an increasingly acceptable way of business development through shared risk and resources. The Commercial Team has acted on a large number of joint venture projects, including property based ventures, research and development pooling and active trading entities. Our involvement at an early stage in the process is critical in order to assess the various options available for structuring the project.
