ADP is a fast-growing chain of over 70 NHS dental practices spread throughout England. We have been using Vertex for three years, initially to carry out all our property legals. In the last year they have also taken on responsibility for our acquisition programme. By the end of 2007 ADP will have completed over 30 new leases, purchased 10 freehold properties and acquired upwards of 20 individual dental businesses.
