Debt Recovery: Routine Debt Recovery
We routinely advise clients:
- Whether any particular debt or book of debts warrants the use of the Vertex team, or whether it is more suited to a bulk collection agent.
- What method of collection is appropriate.
- Whether there are any risks linked to the collection of the debt (for example, points regarding terms and conditions, or the solvency of the debtor).
- How much collecting the debt is likely to cost.
- We do not seek to provide a bulk debt collection service. Our strength is in providing clients with bespoke advice and individual attention. It is our belief that this leads to a more effective rate of recovery.
