The Private & Public Equity team at Vertex provides a full range of highly responsive services for corporate clients. We aim to offer both legal and strategic commercial advice.

We've also invested heavily in mobile technology so that we can work with you at your offices, or any other location you require. We pride ourselves our project management skills.

All our lawyers have a commercial bias and work regularly on corporate deals. The Private & Public Equity team have significant City experience working on IPOs, MBOs, fundraisings and listed corporate transactions.

The team also has strong links with business angels and business angel networks and regularly sources additional funding to assist management in achieving their aims.

Most refreshingly, we're not afraid to talk costs - we always discuss and agree our fees at the start of a deal in order to give you the certainty you require, and because of our close links with advisors, we'll seek out positive opportunities to bring you and them together to help advance your business.
