The team has strong experience in advising clients in relation to all matters covered by the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, ranging from straightforward takeover timetables through to more complicated issues such as “Rule 9 offers”. We have also advised clients with regard to potential reverse takeovers whether they be the listed company looking to be “reversed into” or the company looking to “reverse in”.
